Dallas Riffle - President

I can confidently say that I was born to do this. Everything in my life has led me to the world of marketing, and I absolutely love what I do. I started DRM in 2013 in a tiny studio apartment in the Birdtown section of Lakewood, Ohio, and to see our clients flourish because of something we do is an incredible gift. Creating great marketing is a thrill; I get the same rush that some people do jumping out of planes or downhill skiing.

I attended the Meyers School of Art at the University of Akron with a focus in drawing and painting. Then I went on to study graphic design, illustration and web design at Tri-C.

In my free time, I enjoy music of all kinds. I’ve been a musician for several decades and still make time to make music whenever I can.

Colleen Masters - Director of Operations

I have more than a decade of experience in the digital marketing industry, working in both corporate and agency environments, with expertise in ecommerce, healthcare and higher education. Throughout my career, I have evolved from a marketing specialist, to client services, to managing the full scope of business operations. My strengths include workforce planning, talent and resource management, and employee development.

My focus is on improving DRM’s bottom line through the integration of people, systems and processes. My goal is to support the people who support our clients.

I live in Avon, Ohio with my husband Scott and my two sons, Parker and Connor. During my time away from work, I enjoy being with my family, cooking, running, and yoga.

Dave Berman - Creative Director

I have been a part of the Cleveland design community for over 15 years, with experience as varied as helping grow a start-up integrated marketing agency to being part one of the world’s largest interactive agencies.

I bring extensive experience in integrated marketing, website design and user experience (UX), digital marketing, and brand strategy, messaging, and identity creation, as well as a passion for forming human connections through smart creative—beautiful design and engaging content.

While I’m not pushing pixels around, I’m enjoying all the west side has to offer and spending quality time with my 4- and 6-year-old boys. I’m infatuated with The Muppets, and, I vow that one day I will start running again.

Megan Ondich - Account Manager

In my role as Account Manager, I help DRM serve our clients in account, project and sales support. My passion for creativity and art is what lead to me to marketing. I love tackling new projects and helping clients grow in a measurable way! I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University, where I majored in Managerial Marketing.

When I'm not helping DRM clients, I enjoy attending concerts, visiting local breweries, and exploring the Cleveland Metroparks while running, biking, or kayaking.

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, I received my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. My desire to experience a new culture led me to Buenos Aires, Argentina (the other city that never sleeps) where I got my MBA in Marketing, and eventually to Cleveland (by way of Tampa, Florida), ultimately following our hearts to experience all four seasons in a more urban and northern city.

I’m passionate about digital marketing and am eager to gain knowledge beyond the traditional social media platforms and online marketplaces. I’m amazed how quickly the digital universe has grown and continues evolving, bringing new opportunities to build bridges between brands and their audiences.

My life outside of building sales and marketing strategies (and relationships with clients and coworkers) consists of getting out of the house whenever possible– either to the park or walk in the neighborhood with my daughter, or enjoying a coffee or beer with my husband in those short, calm moments.
