If your content helps a customer in their buying journey, chances are good they’ll look to you as a potential provider. Second, it provides a lasting online “record” of your expertise. As we mentioned, your customers are researching you, and finding evidence of your knowledge online can help them feel more comfortable contacting you. Keep in mind that regardless if you’re the top talent in your industry or not, the right content can help you brand your company in whatever way you’d like. Fake it until you make it.
