Cleveland, Ohio – Dallas Riffle Media (DRM), named one of Cleveland’s top 20 advertising agencies of 2020 by Expertise, has announced the hiring of Colleen Masters as its new Director of Operations. She is a passionate marketing and business leader, driven to enhance the client experience through proper organizational support of the agency.
As Sr. Director of Operations of Cleveland’s Fathom, Colleen drove key initiatives which helped them become one of the area’s largest and most recognized digital marketing agencies.

Colleen has more than a decade of experience in the digital marketing industry, working in both corporate and agency environments, with expertise in ecommerce, healthcare and higher education. Throughout her career, Colleen has evolved from a marketing specialist, to client services, to managing the full scope of business operations. Her strengths include workforce planning, talent and resource management, and employee development.
“My focus is on improving DRM’s bottom line through the integration of people, systems and processes. My goal is to support the people who support our clients,” said Colleen. In her new role, Colleen will ultimately ensure that the agency’s clients receive the best and most consistent experience possible in partnering with DRM.
Colleen lives in Avon, Ohio with her husband Scott and her two sons, Parker and Connor. During her time away from work, she enjoys being with her family, cooking, running, and yoga.
